iA Mobile, always at plan members’ fingertips to make their lives easier

To make life easier for group plan members and offer them a unique client experience, we are continually enhancing the iA Mobile application.

Here are a few of the new recently added features that they can now enjoy.

 

Group Savings and Retirement

Plan members can now add banking information, for their different plans, directly in the application.

This way, if necessary, amounts withdrawn (e.g., from a group TFSA) can be deposited directly into their account.

 

Group Insurance

In addition to medical and dental expenses, it is now possible to submit claims for the health spending account (HSA), the wellness account and the physical activity account (PAC).

This means that plan members no longer have to complete and mail paper forms and can get reimbursed even quicker through direct deposit.
