Reminder | Support plan members in submitting their claims now

The end of the year often brings a significant increase in group insurance claims, which can cause longer-than-usual processing delays. By submitting their claims as early as possible, plan members will have their requests processed quickly, avoiding long delays before receiving their reimbursements.

Whether it’s for their medical, vision and dental care expenses or health spending account (HSA), plan members can submit 100% of their claims online in just a few clicks using My Client Space or iA Mobile.

We encourage plan administrators to share this information with their plan members as soon as possible, so that they can avoid year-end “traffic jams.”
