Mental health | Our guide to help your clients prioritizing it

Top stories April 15, 2024

Canadian businesses must manage several issues surrounding the mental health and wellbeing of their personnel.

More than one in five employed individuals in the country (22.2%) suffer from a mental health issue that can negatively impact productivity, according to the Conference Board of Canada.1

It should therefore come as no surprise that there is an increasing demand for products and services that facilitate the management of these issues in businesses, for both administrators of group insurance plans and their personnel.
