Group plan management | Something new for group plan administrators and sponsors

To better serve our clients and offer them greater flexibility in the day-to-day management of their plans, we have recently added a new Group Insurance section to the Resource centre for plan administrators and sponsorsThanks to this site, group insurance plan administrators, as well as group retirement savings plan sponsors, now have access to a variety of content to help them find answers to their questions about the daily management of their plans.

The success of this Resource centre, initially launched in 2021 for Group Savings and Retirement, has encouraged us to offer it to our Group Insurance clients.

The self-service content includes:

  • Video tutorials on fundamental topics such as how to create a My Client Space account, enrolment, reporting and billing.
  • Frequently asked questions covering everyday administrative tasks, plan member support, how to understand their contract, and more.
  • Webinar signup information for plan administrator training.

 

The Resource centre is the ideal destination for group plan administrators and sponsors who want to find quick answers to their questions without having to contact their Client Relationship Manager (CRM) or our Customer Service.

 

 

We will be sending out a communiqué to group insurance plan administrators on October 7, 2024.
