Total wellbeing | Two key upcoming dates

Group Insurance September 18, 2025

In October, two World days will be dedicated to raising awareness around mental health and menopause. Here are several resources related to these occasions.

World Mental Health Day, October 10

In our analysis of the 2024 Benefits Canada Healthcare Survey findings, we noted that 22% of group plan members reported having a diagnosed mental health problem, such as depression or anxiety.

In this context, organizations might want to help their employees optimize their mental health, and they can do so through our wide range of services designed to promote total wellbeing, among other things.

World Menopause Day, October 18

Menopause marks a new chapter in women’s lives, one which is often accompanied by major changes. Therefore, organizations have every reason to take an interest in menopause and what it means for their employees.

Our white paper Menopause and work: creating an inclusive environment examines these issues and discusses how solutions can be found not only in work accommodations and adaptations, but also in group insurance coverage.
