Group retirement savings plan management | New billing system

We are currently rolling out a new billing system for group retirement savings plans, which will result in some changes to your clients’ invoices. 

These changes will take effect in December 2025. 

A detailed explanatory email will be sent to group retirement savings plan sponsors shortly.

  • Balance display: Invoices will now show only the current balance.
  • Simplified numbering: The year reference will be removed from the invoice number; we will reissue unpaid invoices from 2025 using the new format.

The fee breakdown will still detail the quantity (number of transactions or plan members) and the unit costs.

Plan sponsors will still be able to view all invoices for the current and previous years, as well as unpaid invoices from the previous years in My Client Space.

No action is required on their part.
