Women’s Health & Wealth Summit | A presentation on women’s savings habits
Bernette Ngo, Regional Vice-President, Distribution, and Janine Wyslobicky, Wealth Consultant, presented at the Women’s Health & Wealth Summit, held on March 5 in Toronto. The event brought together plan sponsors and other industry thought leaders to examine issues related to overall health and financial security for women, a segment often overlooked in traditional approaches to financial wellbeing.
A presentation entitled “From stress to strength: Rethinking women’s financial behaviours as a path to better health”
During their presentation, Bernette and Janine highlighted the importance of an approach based on four interconnected pillars: financial, mental, physical and social. They showed how the financial stress experienced by many women can affect mental health and performance at work, and gave concrete suggestions to help employers design plans and initiatives that promote sustainable wellbeing.
Their participation in this conference illustrates our commitment to advancing conversations about both financial and overall health in the workplace.
