Our 2025 Sustainability Report is now available.
Under the theme Succeeding now and tomorrow, the report highlights how sustainability is meaningfully embedded in our business decisions, our products and the experience we deliver to our clients.
Amid a context shaped by the transformation of work, evolving health and savings needs, and climate challenges, we continue to pursue a balanced approach: taking action today while building the future.
Highlights of 2025
Putting people at the heart of sustainability
- We distributed $11.4 million to some 600 organizations across Canada and the United States, with a focus on health, education, inclusion and the fight against food insecurity.
- We made steady progress in equity, diversity and inclusion, with a higher inclusion index and our continued pursuit of PAIR (Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations) certification.
- We continue to invest in talent development and in fostering a culture of learning.
Sustainability integrated into the solutions we offer our clients
- We are developing and enhancing our group insurance and savings solutions to support overall health, financial wellbeing and autonomy.
- We place strong emphasis on financial education, prevention and informed decision-making.
Working towards a more sustainable future
- We continued our efforts to reduce our carbon footprint, both in our operations and within a portion of our investment portfolios.
- We strengthened our climate risk analysis and our capacity to ensure our resilience.
Sound, recognized governance
- We strengthened our sustainability and risk management governance frameworks.
- We also received an MSCI ESG rating1 of AAA and were ranked, for the second consecutive year, among Corporate Knight’s Best 50 Corporate Citizens in Canada.
