We are pleased to announce that, effective August 31, Yasaman Moghaddam has been appointed Vice-President, Distribution, Group Benefits and Retirement Solutions.
In this role, she will lead our distribution activities, support the growth of our group insurance and retirement savings businesses and work closely with advisors across the country.

Yasaman has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services and group insurance industries. Since joining iA Financial Group in 2024 as Vice-President, National Sales and Distribution for iA Dealer Services, she has played a key role in expanding the organization’s distribution capabilities and advancing strategic transformation initiatives.
Throughout her career, she has led national distribution teams, developed strategic partnerships and contributed to the growth of organizations operating in highly competitive markets. Her extensive experience in group insurance, combined with her strong understanding of distribution networks and plan sponsor needs, has established her as a respected industry leader. Her track record reflects a strong client focus and a proven ability to deliver results.
