We would like to inform you that it is possible that your group insurance clients’ February 2021 invoice could be available in My Client Space as of this week, and not next week, as planned.
This situation is exceptional and is the result of an incident that occurred during the preparation of the billing files.
More concretely, this means that any changes your clients would have liked to make this week to their invoice for the current billing period (February 1 to 28, 2021) will instead apply to the March 2021 invoice.
It is important to note that the payment due date is not advanced and remains the same, i.e., March 1, 2021.
In order to inform group insurance plan administrators, a news item was published in My Client Space on January 18, 2021 and a communiqué will be sent on January 25, 2021.
