January means tax time. It’s at this time of the year that many plan members contact us to get a list of their medical and dental expenses so they can complete their income tax return.

To meet this need, we prepared a communiqué to plan administrators. This communiqué contains a communication intended for plan members which shows them where to go, in My Client Space and iA Mobile, to produce the list of their medical and dental expenses. Plan administrators are invited to share it with their plan members. An article intended for plan members will also be published in the News section in My Client Space.
