Our Group Insurance line of business has recently announced appointments within its pan-Canadian Distribution team. Michael Kennedy is the new Director, Distribution (Brokerage and aggregators) for Central Canada and the Atlantic region, while Jonathan Leung, who is based in Vancouver, has joined the team as Account Executive.
Michael Kennedy
Michael Kennedy had been working at iA Financial Group since 2013 as Senior Account Executive. With close to 30 years of experience in the Canadian insurance industry, and attested ability to build solid business relationships with our partners and to strategically position our service offerings in the market, he will certainly contribute to the success of the Group Insurance team in achieving its growth objectives. A graduate in Business Administration from McMaster University, he is based in Toronto.
Jonathan Leung
Last April 28, Jonathan Leung joined us as Account Executive, Group Insurance. He has been very active in group insurance for 13 years, and has a proven track record with consulting firms and other insurers. Among other noteworthy achievements, he has honed his underwriting skills and guided clients and advisors towards competitive solutions adapted to their needs. A Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designee from Dalhousie University, he is based in Vancouver.
