Updating salaries | An oversight that has consequences

Every year, we remind plan administrators about the importance of updating members’ salaries.

If plan administrators are not diligent in making these updates, the life and disability insurance benefits paid to employees may be lower than they should be, resulting in a loss of earnings for which the organization could be held liable.
