Over the last few months, in the context of the pandemic, the use of our online claims service has continued to grow in popularity. Whether it's for their medical and dental expenses, vision care, dental care or health accounts, our group insurance plan members can submit all their claims online in just a few clicks.
However, despite all the advantages of our online claims service — accelerated processing, quicker reimbursement, direct deposit, no mailing charges, etc. — some plan members still use paper forms.
We would therefore like to remind you that a campaign about My Client Space and iA Mobile can easily be set up with your clients. This campaign highlights the benefits of our digital tools and services for plan members.
