Canada Post services could once again be disrupted starting May 22 due to a strike or lockout, and we are preparing for this eventuality. We are implementing the necessary measures to minimize the impact of a disruption in mail delivery services on our operations and our clients.
We have specifically reached out to our group insurance and retirement savings clients to encourage them to start using My Client Space and the iA Mobile app to conduct their transactions and contact us. We will be sending out a communiqué to group insurance plan administrators on May 20 (French version of the communiqué).
We are monitoring the situation closely and will keep you informed of any developments.
