iAtoday
As announced on May 29, we recently launched our new Women's Health offer. Our goal is to shed light on the oftentimes overlooked or underestimated realities of women's health, and to show how the group plan offers solutions for dealing with them.
Our group insurance offer is therefore evolving to:
- Better reflect the health realities experienced by women at every stage of their lives.
- Support plan administrators in their efforts to create more inclusive workplaces and improve the total wellbeing of plan members.
- Help organizations position themselves as employers of choice and turn their employee benefits into strategic leverage.
Tools for you
We also provide tools to help you demonstrate the benefits of investing in women's health, both for the total wellbeing of employees and for business performance.
A toolbox for plan members will be available soon. Be sure to watch out for further updates on this topic!
Don't hesitate to make this offer your own and use it to add value to your conversations with your clients. By taking action on women's health issues, together we are laying the foundations for more equitable, compassionate workplaces that are better adapted to today's realities. Insights: inform and inspire Trends, issues, viewpoints, diverse and innovative solutions: content that combines our know-how with a visionary perspective to better understand the evolution of the industry and inspire action.
