iAtoday
As protecting privacy is a priority for iA Financial Group, multi-factor authentication (MFA) will be gradually integrated into My Client Space from the end of May, with the aim of strengthening the protection of accounts on this platform. Plan members, sponsors and administrators will then be required to use a two-step verification process to confirm their identity and log in to their account.
Plan members will have access to three authentication methods:
- By text message
- By voice call
- By email
Plan sponsors and administrators will have access to different methods, with a higher level of security required given their role:
- By the Google Authenticator app
- By the Okta Verify app
- By text message
We have already informed plan sponsors and administrators of the upcoming change and have made them aware of the importance of no longer sharing their access code.

In addition, note that the MFA activation has already begun in the Advisor Centre and will continue until the end of the year.
