In addition to secure messaging in My Client Space, we are now using a new secure information exchange platform, called “Secure Message Centre,” to meet certain client needs. It is designed to ensure secure sharing of confidential or sensitive information with plan administrators, plan sponsors and plan members.
To ensure that their personal information is protected, we encourage these clients to use this platform to send us information and documents securely.
We will be sending out a communiqué to group insurance plan administrators on March 24. See the French version of this communiqué.
