Do you use the delegation tool in the Advisor Centre? This tool allows you to delegate access rights to information and features in the Advisor Centre to certain co-workers.
The tool now displays an indicator when a person to whom you have delegated access rights has not used them for almost a year. You must then indicate whether the access rights are to be maintained or deleted.
This new feature is designed to enhance the security of our systems through improved access control. Stay tuned: Notifications and the automatic deletion of unused access rights will be added in the coming months.
