We were advised that, effective July 7, 2025, the following changes have been made to the Global Equity strategy:

• Christian Deckart, former Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Lead Manager of the Global Equity strategy, is stepping down. He will remain involved in the transition process.
• Paul Moroz, previously Co-Manager of the Private Equity strategy, will assume the role of Lead Manager for the Global Equity strategy, a position he held from 2009 to 2021.
• David Ragan, Co-Manager of the International Equity strategy, will also become Co-Manager of the Global Equity strategy.
• Manar Hassan-Agha will continue in his role as Co-Manager fo the Global Equity strategy.
