Personalized advice service | Enhanced support for more plan members

Starting September 2025, we will offer the personalized advice service to all members who benefit from our standard service offering. At the same time, we are enhancing our service offering to provide even more holistic support, designed to promote the financial wellbeing of plan members by addressing their full range of needs.

This service, now called My Financial Insight (or Ma stratégie financière in French), reflects our commitment to provide a caring, human and personalized approach. Our team of specialists builds lasting relationships of trust by taking the time to understand and respect each person’s unique financial and family circumstances, supporting them in making informed decisions and achieving their goals.

Please note that we will send a communication to plan sponsors for whom the service will be added by mid-September 2025. A contract amendment will also be sent to them.
