iAtoday
As part of our ongoing efforts to offer group retirement savings plan members more self-serve flexibility in managing their accounts, we recently started deploying online withdrawal functionalities in both our secure environments—the iA Mobile app and the My Client Space website.
This deployment will occur in two phases:
- Phase 1 – Group TFSA withdrawals1 (and addition of banking information and lump-sum contributions to My Client Space), deployed in November 2025
- Phase 2 – Group RRSP and Non-Registered Savings Plan withdrawals, planned for the second quarter of 2026
Phase 1 – Group TFSA withdrawals (and addition of banking information and lump-sum contributions in My Client Space)
Group TFSA plan members can now withdraw in both iA Mobile app and My Client Space, having entered their banking information to enable the deposits in their bank account.
We are informing plan sponsors and plan members through our distribution channels, news items posted in My Client Space and our group retirement savings member newsletter. We will also soon post the information in the Resource centre for plan administrators and sponsors and on the education website.
Phase 2: keeping you informed
As we roll out phase 2 in the upcoming months, we will follow up in iAtoday so you know exactly when the additional online withdrawal functionalities will be available.
