Good news! We will now be making available the termination kit¹ for individuals who are terminating their participation in group retirement savings plans in My Client Space and iA Mobile.

In addition, if the person has selected the “Online statements” option in their communication preferences in My Client Space or iA Mobile, we will no longer send the kit by mail. It will only be available in the My Documents section of My Client Space and iA Mobile, and the person will receive an email notifying them that the document is available online. People who have not selected this option will continue to receive their termination kit by mail and will also be able to access the online version.

As is currently the case, plan members can also inform us of their decision regarding the transfer of their savings before accessing their termination kit by contacting our Customer Service.

We will forward all necessary information to plan sponsors.
