In addition to the financial support we provide to numerous organizations, we value our employees’ involvement in initiatives that make a real difference in their own communities.

With this in mind, Janie Bilodeau, Vice-President, Client Experience, Marketing and Products at Group Benefits and Retirement Solutions, plays an active role in advancing mental health care by being a member of the board of directors of the Fondation de l’Institut universitaire en santé mentale de Montréal (FIUSMM).

Concrete projects to meet urgent needs

Among the projects we support, the inauguration of the Institute’s new crisis centre on October 15 is a good example of our will to act. Every year, this centre will welcome more than 1,000 people who are in crisis, offering them a safe space and services tailored to their needs.

By donating $700,000 in 2024, iA Financial Group reaffirmed its support for mental health and continues its investments in 2025. This demonstrates our commitment to a future where everyone has access to the care and support they need to thrive.
